HMRC have published an updated list as at 5 July 2012 of all offshore funds that have made successful applications for distributing fund status. The list shows the period for which certification has been given and will be updated as required.

Taxpayers who are in any doubt about whether a fund has been certified should check with the Offshore Funds Centre or the fund's manager.
